Refunds Policy

At Carter Immigration Consulting, we strive to deliver top-notch, reliable immigration services. However, if you wish to cancel, we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If your request is submitted within 45 days and the service hasn't been finalized, you will receive a full refund within 3 working days.
Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable.

Refund Requests

We encourage you to request a refund rather than filing a dispute. No reason is required—just provide your transaction ID for verification. Refunds are generally not available after an application has been submitted or certified with the relevant government agency.

If you believe we did not fulfill our services per the agreement, please contact us via email, and we will review your case. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please submit the online refund request form below. Once received, we will confirm or deny the refund within 3 working days. If a payment has not been completed, your application or service request will be canceled automatically.

Cancellation Fees

If you attempt to cancel or dispute your application without first submitting a refund request, we reserve the right to charge a minimum cancellation fee of $80. This is in accordance with our terms & conditions. If a refund request is not submitted before escalating the issue, we may dispute the full payment amount.

Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that all application data is complete at the time of submission. We are a private company, and our fees do not include any additional government fees. Our services are provided in good faith, and we expect clients to approach us with the same integrity.

Goodwill Refunds

If you made a genuine mistake during the application process, submit a refund request, and we will review it within 3 working days. Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of submission will automatically be approved.
